Airline Reservations, Automobile Rental
The Travel Desk, situated in our first floor Business Centre, will gladly assist with airline reservations, and automobile rental enquiries. The Travel Desk is open from 07h00 to 23h00, Monday to Sunday.
Baby Sitting
Please contact Housekeeping to arrange for a babysitting service. A 24 hour notice period is required should you wish to make use of his service.
Baggage Collection and Delivery
Please contact the Concierge for any matters relating to the delivery or storage of luggage and parcels during your stay.
Banking Facilities
Various Automatic Teller Machines are available in the Victoria and Alfred shopping center. Access to the shopping centre is from the first floor mezzanine level of the hotel.
Banqueting Facilities
The Table Bay Hotel is the ideal venue for your private function. We can seat banquets of up 200 guests, or up to 400 for cocktails or presentations. Please contact our Groups and Events Department from 08h00 to 18h00
Beach Towels
Available to guests at the Pool or Concierge.
Beverages
Complimentary tea and coffee facilities can be found in the butler’s station in your room. These will be replenished daily by Housekeeping. The mini bar is situated in the cupboard under the butler’s station. Please be advised that the mini bar is electronic and items removed from the bar are automatically charged to your room account.
Business Services
Our Business Centre is equipped with telephones, telefax, personal computers, printers and television sets. We offer a range of secretarial services including translation work, photocopying, faxing and word processing. We can also arrange for the hire of mobile phone’s, fax machines, lap-top computers and printers. Dictaphones and other business equipment are available on request. Private equipped offices may be reserved by prior arrangement, as well as a boardroom seating 10 people. The Business Center is open from 07h00 to 23h00

Car Hire
The Travel Desk located at our first floor Business Center, will gladly assist with car motor vehicle rental. The Travel Desk is open between 8h00 to 21h00 from Monday to Sunday.

The Concierge Desk can advise on motor vehicle repairs, servicing or cleaning.
Chemist and Pharmaceutical Products
The hotel stocks a small range of topical pharmaceutical and first-aid products to treat minor incidents. Please contact the Guest Services Department should there be any items that you require urgently. Please note that The Table Bay cannot dispense oral medication. Please contact the Duty Manager should you require the services of a Doctor, Paramedic or Pharmacy.

Our Concierge will gladly advise on current shows and assist in arranging tickets.

The Table Bay Hotel is committed to protecting the environment, whilst providing you with the best quality service. We are already taking a number of actions to save water and energy as well as reducing waste, and are looking to make further improvements. Fire Safety Rules
Kindly note that fire regulations stipulate that no ironing or cooking may take place in the rooms.
Fire /Emergency/Procedures
Upon detecting a fire, break the fire alarm glass in the room corridors (see fire plan behind bedroom door) or phone the switchboard operator (dial 9).

Our Fitness Centre is equipped with exercise equipment to suit your every need. We can also arrange a personal trainer on request. You’ll find us adjacent to the pool on the first floor. We are open daily from 06h30 to 24h00.

The Reception Desk will gladly assist you with your traveller’s cheques and foreign exchange requirements.

Our Guest Services department can recommend a number of hairdressing salons in the shopping mall and arrange for an appointment to be made.

The pool is situated on the first floor adjacent to the Health Spa. Personal amenities, light snacks and refreshments can be obtained from the Pool Attendant. The pool is open between 09h00 and 18h00 daily, weather dependent.

Postage service is available at the Concierge Desk and Business Centre.
Privacy
Please attach the ‘Privacy Please’ sign to the outside of your room door should you not wish to be disturbed. For your comfort housekeeping service all rooms daily. Should you not wish your room to be serviced at all during the day please contact the Duty Manager. Kindly remove the sign when you require normal service. Please inform the Switchboard on extension 9 if you would like to have no calls put through to your room.
